FAS: Final Assembly Station (for Hirschmann Connectors)
These machines are used for the final assembly of Hirschmann connectors according to processing specifications. The machines are designed for a simple, precise and reliable assembly of the connector parts. All connector types of the Hirschmann HPS series can be assembled with various tool inserts. On request, other steps or plugs can also be realized.

FAS3- M: Final Assembly Station Gen.3 Manual
With the FAS3-M, the assembly of the HPS connectors can be realized quickly and easily.

FAS1-E: Final Assembly Station 1. Gen Electric
The FAS1-E is the new generation of the Final Assembling Station. The device presses automatically and has an integrated measuring system. Perfect for serial production with monitoring of all assembly parameters.

SSC: Shield Sleeve Crimping Station
Our SSC machines are used for crimping the shielding sleeve onto the contact carrier of Hirschmann connectors according to the processing specification. The machines are designed for safe, accurate and gentle crimping of the shield sleeves. Many connector types of the Hirschmann HPS series can be crimped with different tool inserts. On request, other steps or plugs can also be realized.

SSC1-P: Shield Sleeve Crimping Station 1. Gen Pneumatic
The SSC1-P can be used to crimp the HPS40-1 connector. The device works with 2 start-up stations and is driven pneumatically.

SSC2-P: Shield Sleeve Crimping Station 2. Gen Pneumatic
With the SSC2-P, Crimping the shield sleeve can be done easily and safely. The pneumatic operation via a sliding mechanism ensures gentle crimping.
